Spring-Heeled Jack

This is my character Spring-Heeled Jack. He's a prankster with the typical Victorian attitude twards women. He's rather funny, has a quick temper and is also prone to roaming the rooftops when he should be sleeping. He's just as confused as to how he popped up in London as we are. In a comic I'm planning, The Marquess of Waterford (Who just goes by Marquess) takes him in to be the first member of his team of supernatural freaks.
